Ajith Kumar is not only a good actor, but also a good hearted gentleman. He always give chances to new faces and unpopular actors in his films. He also helped few heroines to regain their lost market and publicity by making them as his pair in his films.

Nayantara

After few controversies with a leading actor in Kollywood, Nayantara lost her 'market' and moved to Tollywood. Ajith gave her big role in Billa as his pair and she regain what she lost before.Since the movie was a super hit, Nayantara start to get a lot offers and she became No.1 actress in Kollywood at that time.

Bavana
Kerala origin Bavana gain everyone's attention through her debut movie 'Chitram Pesuthadhi'.She flooded with offers in Kolywood and soon she became one of the leading ladies in Tamil industry.When most of her projects became major flops she stop getting new offers and she move back to Mollywood. When Ajith made her his pair in Asal, she start to get attention in Tamil industry.But unfortunately Asal failed in Box-office as well as well as Bavana.

Tamannaah
Tamnnaah got her chance to shine in Tamil cinema through Ayan and Padikathavan. She become Tamil cinema's No.1 when Asin and Trisha start focusing Hindi cinema and Nayntara temporarily stop acting.
Suddenly after 'Vengai' she vanished from Tamil cinema totally.She was last seen in 'Ko' in a song. After that she went doing Telugu movies.Now it is officially announced  that she going to be Ajith's pair in Siva's untitled project.
